SCREENS
Screen Machines is generally used for taking granulated rock material and separating it into multiple grades or particle size. In Aggregate screening, Screen machines are fitted with either square or circular patterns made of wear resistant bars, wires, plates, rubber or polyurethane (Plastic Material) materials with different size openings or aperture to separate rock particles to desired grades. For Quarry or aggregate application, there are two types of Screen Machine; it can be either an Inclined Screen Machine or a Horizontal Screen Machine.
Bin Harkil can supply both types with different width, length and capacity. Also based on the application or intended usage for the screen machine, it can either have 2, 3, 4 or 5 deck as required.
FEEDERS
A device such as the Electro Mechanical Feeder and Vibrating Grizzly Feeder controls the rate at which this material enters the crusher, and often contains a preliminary screening device which allows smaller material to bypass the crusher itself, thus improving efficiency.
